Delete your CrewCoord account

You can permanently delete your account from the CrewCoord app. This signs you out everywhere and cannot be undone.

How to delete your account

1. Sign in to CrewCoord.
2. Open Account.
3. In the Delete account section, select Delete my account.
4. Confirm your password, then select Delete account.

If you cannot sign in, contact hello@crewcoord.net from the email address on your account. Do not send your password.

What is deleted

When you confirm deletion, CrewCoord revokes active sessions, removes your profile and contact information, disables your account, and makes your password unusable. If you own a business workspace, that workspace is deactivated so it cannot continue operating under a deleted owner.

What may be retained

Shared workspace records, such as job history, schedule records, and crew messages, may remain as business records so other authorized workspace members retain an accurate work history. These records are no longer linked to your active account. We may also retain limited information in backups, security logs, billing records, or where required for legal, fraud-prevention, accounting, or dispute-resolution purposes, as described in our Privacy Policy.
