Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of CrewCoord, a service provided by Bertram Technology Solutions. By creating an account or using CrewCoord, you agree to these Terms.

Using CrewCoord

You may use CrewCoord only in compliance with these Terms and applicable law. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the information you add, the people you invite, and your use of job-site and customer information. Keep your credentials confidential and promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized access.

Workspace responsibilities

The person or business creating a workspace is responsible for managing access, roles, customer data, and job assignments in that workspace. CrewCoord provides coordination tools; businesses remain responsible for their own workforce decisions, safety procedures, scheduling decisions, wages, taxes, insurance, permits, and customer commitments.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid manager plans are billed monthly through Stripe unless a separate written agreement says otherwise. You authorize applicable charges for the selected plan and any taxes. You can manage or cancel a subscription through the billing tools available to the account owner. Changes generally take effect at the end of the then-current billing period unless stated otherwise. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse CrewCoord, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the service, upload unlawful or infringing content, impersonate others, send spam, or use the service to violate privacy, employment, or safety laws. We may suspend or restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect the service, users, or legal rights.

Content and data

You retain rights in the content you submit. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, transmit, back up, and display that content to provide and improve CrewCoord. You represent that you have the rights and permissions required to submit content and share it with the people you authorize.

Availability and changes

We work to keep CrewCoord available and reliable, but the service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may modify features, plans, or these Terms as the service evolves. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes when required.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bertram Technology Solutions is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from use of CrewCoord. Our aggregate liability for a claim will not exceed the amount you paid to CrewCoord for the service during the twelve months before the claim.

Termination and contact

You may stop using CrewCoord at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material violation of these Terms or to protect the service. These Terms are governed by the laws applicable where Bertram Technology Solutions is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
