CrewCoord is operated by Bertram Technology Solutions. This policy explains how CrewCoord collects, uses, shares, retains, and protects information when you use our websites, mobile apps, and services.

CrewCoord is a work coordination service. A business administrator may add customer, job-site, and crew information to a shared workspace. Please only add information you are authorized to use for that work.

Information we collect

We collect information you provide when you create an account or use the service, including your name, email address, phone number, password, timezone, business profile, crew membership, messages, and job-related notes.

Workspaces may contain customer names, contacts, job-site addresses, job schedules, assignments, photos, and activity records. When a worker chooses an arrival, start, or finish action, the app may collect the location and time associated with that action. The app requests camera or photo-library access only when you choose to add a job photo.

We also process standard technical data needed to operate and secure the service, such as IP address, browser or device information, session identifiers, and security events.

How we use information

Provide scheduling, crew coordination, messaging, job tracking, and account features.
Authenticate users, secure accounts, prevent abuse, and maintain service reliability.
Send account verification, password-reset, invitations, service notices, and support communications.
Process subscriptions and manage billing for business accounts.
Respond to requests, comply with law, and improve CrewCoord.

How information is shared

Information in a shared workspace is available to the business, managers, and crew members who have been granted access to that workspace. We use service providers to operate CrewCoord, including Stripe for subscription billing and Mailgun for transactional email. These providers process information only to provide their services to us. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect users, CrewCoord, or others.

We do not sell personal information or use job-site data for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Retention and deletion

We retain account and workspace information while an account or workspace is active and for a reasonable period afterward for security, billing, backup, dispute, and legal purposes. You may request access, correction, export, or deletion of your account information by contacting hello@crewcoord.net. Workspace administrators should coordinate requests involving shared customer or crew records. We may retain limited information where required for legal, fraud-prevention, or accounting reasons.

Your choices

You can update much of your profile in CrewCoord. You can decline location, camera, or photo-library permissions; some field-verification or photo features will then be unavailable. You can sign out of devices from your account and request account deletion through support.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No service can guarantee absolute security, so please use a unique password and protect your account credentials.

Children and international users

CrewCoord is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child provided personal information, contact us so we can address the request. CrewCoord may process information in the United States and other locations where our service providers operate.

Changes and contact
